ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ student selected for Sea Grant Knauss fellowship
ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Sea Grant is thrilled to announce that Connie Melovidov, a University of ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Fairbanks master’s student, will begin a prestigious Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship in Washington, D.C. next year. Connie brings a strong background in fisheries research and Indigenous perspectives from her upbringing on St. Paul Island, ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥, and will focus on marine policy and conservation during her fellowship.
